Fundraising complaints
If you have a complaint about our fundraising, please contact us first. If unresolved, you can escalate to the Fundraising Regulator at fundraisingregulator.org.uk

Complaints

If you have a complaint about Albarkat Welfare Trust or any of our activities, please contact us in the first instance by email at contact@albwt.org. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator, who provide an independent complaints service for registered members.
