About Gift Aid

Gift Aid is a UK government scheme that allows charities to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you. To qualify, you must be a UK taxpayer and have paid at least as much Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in the current or previous tax year as the charity will claim. If you pay tax at the higher or additional rate, you can claim additional relief via your Self Assessment tax return.
