2. Use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of this website.
You must not misuse this website by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our server or any server, computer, or database connected to our website.
3. Raffle terms
3.1 Licence
Albarkat Welfare Trust holds a lottery operating licence issued under the Gambling Act 2005 (Licence number: [PLACEHOLDER — to be inserted]). All raffles are conducted in accordance with the conditions of this licence and applicable legislation.
3.2 Eligibility
The raffle is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Underage gambling is an offence. Employees and trustees of Albarkat Welfare Trust, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Ticket purchase
Raffle tickets are priced at £2 per ticket. A maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased per person per draw. One entry per person per transaction. All ticket sales are final; refunds are not available once a draw has taken place, except where required by law.
3.4 Draw process
Draws are conducted fairly and independently. The draw date is announced on the raffle page. All entries received before the announced closing time will be entered into the draw.
3.5 Prizes
Prizes are as described on the raffle page at the time of purchase. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except at the sole discretion of Albarkat Welfare Trust.
3.6 Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 working days of the draw. It is the responsibility of entrants to provide accurate and current contact details.
3.7 Unclaimed prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 28 days of notification, Albarkat Welfare Trust reserves the right to draw an alternative winner or to donate the prize value to our charitable work.

4. Donation terms
4.1 Gift Aid declaration
If you tick the Gift Aid declaration on our donation form, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that you understand Albarkat Welfare Trust will claim 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. You also confirm that you have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that you donate to will claim on your gifts.
4.2 Refund policy
Donations are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of demonstrable error (for example, a duplicate transaction). To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, contact us at contact@albwt.org.

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albarkat Welfare Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its content.
We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide without notice.
7. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
